Super mama is part of a series by Gaël Maski portraying a family from a poor district of Kinshasa. The family makes a living as stone-breakers. Maski went to meet, interview and photograph them, and he then reconstructed their portraits by using decoupage and collages, conveying a message or symbols that express the family’s aspirations.
