We are delighted to announce Amani Bodo’s first solo exhibition in France. Congo avenir will be held at Galerie Angalia from September 7, 2023.
A figurative and symbolic artist, Amani Bodo has carved out a unique niche in Congolese painting, combining serious and funny, local and international, realist and surrealist subjects. The exhibition will feature a dozen works representing his favorite themes: Africa’s place in the world, social issues, the family and Congolese sape.
A catalog will be published for the occasion.
Opening on Thursday, September 7, 2023, free admission.
