The gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of 32 photographs by British photojournalist Hugh Kinsella Cunningham.
The exhibition spans years of work and field visits to provide a rare glimpse into these isolated and threatened ecosystems at the heart of the world. The selection of images begins with a journey on the Congo River, and the rhythms of its communities that live off the resources of the waters and forests of the Congo Basin. It also reveals images of the Virunga and Rwenzori mountains, which hold some of Africa’s disappearing glaciers.
