Ngule has created a touching portrait of the sculptor Freddy Tsimba. Although Tsimba is marked by his unceasing struggle for dignity, he still stands up straight, is honest and is driven by an unwavering inner strength. The doves symbolise peace, at the core of a body of work that constantly denounces wars and violence.
